Terms and conditions

Your contracting party is Pom Pom GmbH, Beispielstrasse 12, 8004 Zürich.

We deliver only to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, to consumers as well as to clubs and businesses.

The display of products in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By completing your order you make a binding offer. The contract comes into being with our order confirmation by email.

All prices are in Swiss francs and include statutory VAT, currently 8.1 per cent.

Shipping is a flat CHF 7.90. Orders of CHF 75.– or more ship free. With a subscription, shipping is always included.

Payment is handled by Stripe. TWINT, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are among the methods available. The amount is charged when the order is completed.

We ship with Swiss Post. Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day generally go out the same day; delivery usually follows within one to two working days.

Stated delivery times are guidance, not warranted characteristics. Delays caused by Swiss Post are outside our control.

Unopened, unused goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Tell us by email first and we will issue a return label.

Once the return reaches us and has been checked, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method. We bear the cost of the return provided the goods are unused.

Swiss law grants no statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases; the return option offered here is voluntary.

The statutory provisions on warranty for defects apply. Defects must be reported to us immediately upon discovery.

A subscription is billed monthly and runs indefinitely until cancelled.

At sign-up you choose the months in which the subscription pauses. In those months nothing is delivered and nothing is charged; afterwards it continues automatically. The mix and the paused months can be changed at any time through the link in your confirmation email; changes take effect from the next delivery.

You may cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period. Periods already paid are not refunded pro rata.

We may end a subscription on 30 days’ notice to the end of a billing period, for instance if a product is no longer available.

If an ordered item is unavailable we will tell you and refund the corresponding amount. No further claims arise.

Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The place of jurisdiction is Zürich, unless mandatory provisions require otherwise.
